African Rainbows – Adelaide
August 1, 2014 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
$125
CHARITY COCKTAIL PARTY
African Rainbows will be Dignity Zambia’s first major fundraiser, supported by Behind Closed Doors. The highlight of the event will be the Australian launch of fashion garments by young Zambian designer Kapasa Musonda, who will travel to Australia for the first time. She won a scholarship to study fashion design in USA and releases her Kalahari range in Los Angeles, USA in 2014. Her designs are outstanding fashion pieces. Kapasa is designing a new collection to bring to Adelaide and Tanya Powell will choreograph our parade featuring ten beautiful African models. She is a great example of how education benefits women.
